Grilled Salmon with Caramelised Ginger
2 pieces of skinless Salmon
100g Fresh Bunda Ginga julienned into strips
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 1/2 Tbsp's. red wine
1 Tbsp. olive oil
Preheat grill on medium heat. Rub olive oil into salmon and grill for 15 minutes until cooked. Remove from heat.
While salmon is cooking sauté ginger in olive oil in a non stick frying pan over medium heat until soft. Add soy sauce and red wine and stir for 2-3 minutes.
Serve with mashed potatoes and vegetables.
